Had this IP on my watch list for a few weeks but until now it has not broken any rule. Had what looks like a genuine visit via a Google search from 93.93.222.210 (UK based). This IP took images and accepted cookies. When this IP followed an affiliate link 64.38.3.50 immediately followed the same link. Happened 3 times and this was the only appearance of 64.38.3.50 in the log.
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 No Page referrer. He has now gained promotion and been banned. June 09 2011 03:16 AM |

This ip revisited all the pages he had previously accessed, including the page that ultimately blocked him. My site blocked him from all pages of the system this time. He tried to access 6 pages in a five minute period.

IP tried to access cfcexplorer which is a ColdFusion component which is used for development and if left on a production machine and not configured securly, can provide an attack path. No legitimate user would attempt this url.

I agree that this IP ignores robots.txt, so I also blocked it a while ago
