Bug in IP lookups

It appears that the system is taking IP's and listing them that are spoofed.

I own the IP's 67.103.185.129-255 and have several listed. While 137 did get bombed and taken over for a brief period the other listed IP's that are listed 195, and 234 have absolutely nothing attached to them what soever. As such it is hard for a non existent system to send spam.

Anyone else having these issues?
