"Secure Computing" is a smaller security company harvesting web sites for malware and was found here and in Project HoneyPot with IP 206.169.110.66 and the following harvesters:

According to http://ws.arin.net/whois "Secure Computing" ownes the NetRange 206.169.110.64 - 206.169.110.95 / 206.169.110.64/27

According to some web-sources the harvesting methods of this company seem to be doubtful or kind of "experimental". Check this source:

for this. Eventually HoneyPot hits here from one of the 31 IPs can be flagged here as deriving from a Security company's harvester.
