Using with Personal email in Outlook

A few years back (2010-2012), I used Honey Pot to filter spam for my email address. After several system changes all of that setup was lost.

I don't see any instructions for changing my outlook settings or server mail account settings to use it as a filter to clean out spam on my flooded email address?

What am I missing?
