 htaccess, indexing
Author: C.Dyne   (24 Jun 12 6:09am)
Should there be a folder-specific htaccess file in the honeypot folder maybe at least denying indexing, or is it normal practice to just allow browsing of all files within the HP folder?
Thanks

my HP is not in a separate folder, I tucked it right in with other "related" files/scripts. For example, in one domain the HP is in the same folder as the scripts to sign-up for the newsletter or leave a comment about the site.

That seemed like a logical place for a spider with nefarious intentions to look.
