validation error

hi,

i've tried several websites of mine (and several versions of the script) but all i'm getting is "validation error ocurred. if this problems persists..."

what am i doing wrong?

PS: i'm using php 4+ and an apache webserver

i'm obviously doing something else wrong because noone is addressing my problem...

can anyone of the developers tell me what more you need to know to be able to help me? (it's been three days now without any response...)
