I can't imagine why they would. I've met the founder of SiteAdvisor and talked with him about his service. He was very supportive of what we're doing at Project Honey Pot. SiteAdvisor is primarily concerned with looking for malicious downloads. Since a honey pot doesn't include any downloads there would be nothing that would cause a red flag.
More to the point, Project Honey Pot has a good SiteAdvisor ranking and, as you'd imagine, our pages are riddled with honey pots.
