DNS is negitive but listed one website?

Looking up 123.49.42.167 via this website shows the IP is listed. However, doing the normal nslookup like the below shows the IP isn't listed. Am I missing something?

> nslookup abcdefgMyKey.167.42.49.123.dnsbl.httpbl.org
Server: 206.165.6.11
Address: 206.165.6.11#53

** server can't find abcdefgMyKey.167.42.49.123.dnsbl.httpbl.org: NXDOMAIN

I've got the same problem, I choose a malicious IP from porjecthoneypot, the most malicious (202.111.175.31) and when I did a nslookup it says nxdomain ... whereas if I choose another it works, not all but some of them ...
But today it doesn't work at all,does anyone know why ?

I didn't install the apache module and I just did the command lines nslookup,dig or host.
