question about reporting spammer

Hello all, I'm new here.

I just got an email from 196.207.197.114 which is listed on PHP as "safe" at this time although was an active source from Nigeria at one time.

So I guess I'm reporting that this IP seems to be sending spam again.

I am not a server admin so I can't really do much except protect myself but I just though I would report the event.
Since I got this with undisclosed recipients I'm also guessing that it's a mass mail and someone got it too: (from: bethhassan@att.net).

All the good stuff is there: bad english, "I'll send you my photo", request to reply to different address. It's text book scammer mail. I love these!

Let me know if I'm in the wrong place or off topic to post this.

I would suggest on the Home page, entering the IP address and do a look up then leaving you comment there, OR under the IP Data tab doing an IP lookup click on the link to leave a comment.

You seem to have done the lookup, but may have missed the 'leave a comment ' at the end of the analysis.
