Placing links to the cgi code

Is it OK to place the suggested links to the cgi-bin code supplied by PH in the <head></head> section of my HTML?

I have a cms that will make that way easier than putting them all on manually.

You can put links in the <head> section of your website, but it will probably decrease the number of bots that follow them. It is better than nothing, but many bots focus on links in the <body> portion of the page and ignore the <head> entirely.
