Hi,

First of all I'd like to say how impressed I am with P.H.P I've only a low usage site but at least I've managed to catch one Comment Spammer. But all-round the project seems to catch a lot of spam related IP's well before they appear on many of the PLB's.

Basically, I'm looking for information regarding ISP's who hold tainted IP's within their pool and then reassign them via dhcp. The unfortunate recipients then seeing emails rejected. sometimes with an advisory that their IP address is associated with malicious behaviour, which leads to them thinking that their machines are virus-infected. Also, as I understand it, some MTA's silently drop blocked IP's, with mail apparently disappearing down a black-hole.

I'd appreciate any comments and views on this situation as I'm about to join battle with my own ISP on this problem.
