 Detected IP Address in a text file?

So as HP detects malicious IPs is it possible to get them listed in a text file so i can easily implement them into htaccess? I looked in httpbl but the soundforge pages have no downloads and vbulletin support looks non-existant, which is odd as it is so popular.

Is this project dead? Any alternative that is better supported?
