do my space.com use onle one mail server

i seem to be pluaged with fake profile from my space but all mail seem to start from same ip are ips indevidual to users is it possable for lots of people to have same ip

they all have yahoo.com mail no matter whwher thay are it alway gives same ip
209.131.36.158 yahoo sunnyvale ca

can someone explain this evenif thay are said not to be in usa
