Trapping Human Spammers?

Hi there,

Does anyone know of any way to record where human spam comes from?

Recently a forum I help support had a few (only 3) spam posts get past security measures, looking at the apache log I'm fairly confident that this spam was actually a person copy/pasting the spam (rather than a bot).

The IP address shows up "clean" here on project honey pot, so I wondered if anyone know of a way to help combat this kind of thing?
