Quicklink

When putting the Quicklink onto a site can I copy an example one?
Or do I have to copy the link address from the link given (which includes some additional text)?

I just started today and doing the QuickLink method as well and from what I could understand as long as you use the link itself you can use it in any way as long as it won't be clickable / viewable by REAL people but small / hidden so only BOTS can see it. So one of the links that is made in the example has a 1px image, but you could use a period as well that is the same colour as the background even though that is not one of the examples.

That is from my understanding anyway.
