Why is my IP on the banned list ??

Guys (and, of course, gals)

I have a dynamic IP alloted by my ISP's DHCP server. I was trying to use some services online and my IP comes up in the banned list! What gives ?!? And, more important, how do I get it off and ensure that my IPdoes not end up being banned again.

Help, especially a prompt one, will be appreciated.

Just disconnect from the internet and reconnect again. Your ISP should assign you a new IP address then. If not, call up your ISP and complain about these facts.
