 Client Side Poison Scripts
Author: J.Yard2   (22 Apr 07 3:37am)
Think I'd like to add a JavaScript to my 'poison' page for any bots that may actually execute client side scripts. What sort of things should a client side JavaScript do to cause the most problems for them, make them to hang, consume massive amounts of processing power and bandwidth, etc. Hay, maybe we could infect them with a virus. Nah that would probably be illegal. ;-)

Are any such scripts available?

Most malicious robots online aren't parsing Javascript yet so a client-side Poison script is likely to do much harm to them. But try it out and let us know if you get some results....

Matthew.
