 wheel of rome

I received and email from notice.superenalottowon@aliceadsl.fr advising me that I had won in a lotto drawing in wheel of rome and I was to contact my agent at ebonino@excite.com with my conformation number. I searched the internet with wheel of rome and your site came up. I responded to the ebonino address asking if this was legit. Should I now be worried about my IP address? If this is a stupid question I am sorry but I need to know. Thanks!!

The worst that could happen is that you've now confirmed that you read the spam sent to your email address, which means you might get more spam and the address can be sold to other spammers for more money.

Well, the *worst* that could happen is the universe collapsing, but that's unlikely to happen because of one spam email. ;)

I should've added that those are all scams of some sort. Don't believe them.
