search engine not showing correctly

I am finding a few like this where the results show the number 67 and not 127
If I do a check of my own IP or other public visits it is 67. (which I think is normal)

Below are the details of the IP that I think is in the wrong category.

40.77.167.54
msnbot-40-77-167-54.search.msn.com
Microsoft bingbot

Can anyone advise if this is correct or if there is a system in place where we can sugest errors in the data that projecthoneypot has.
