use of multiple realtime blacklists

I read that one should be careful when using 2 or more blacklists. That person did not elaborate why that is so but just wrote that using 2 RBL alternatively (like list1 on Mondays, list2 on the other days) is OK, but using 2 blacklists at the same time is risky. Pobably because too much e-mail gets blocked in a 2-RBL configuration.

Does anyone know why the person would say such a thing? I do not understand it.
