AS37963 Bad IP Range: 47.106.0.0/15 Aliyun Computing Co., LTD &
Asia Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC)

Don't forget to block alibaba.com USA!
deny from 198.11.128.0/18 198.11.132.0/24

This is Why I Block All None USA IP Ranges!
