Search engines not returned by Http:BL?

So, this example Google IP is in the Project Honey Pot directory:

http://www.projecthoneypot.org/ip_66.249.78.71

But when I query the http:BL, I get no result:

dig +short [apikey].71.78.249.66.dnsbl.httpbl.org

Am I querying incorrectly, or are search engines not included in the http:BL results at all?

If it's not in the http:BL, is there another API or source for that information?
