Querying the User Agent

Hi,

is there an automated way to query the User Agent(s) for an IP, through http:bl or other means? Anything planned?

If that is currently not possible, is it ok to scrape the website (ie. https://www.projecthoneypot.org/ip_1.2.3.4) for the User Agent?
