Hi,
I have installed the mediawiki implementation of http:BL on my site. As far as I understand the operation of http:BL, I expect that an IP which has a threat rating whould be automatically redirected to my honeypot. In many occations this did not happen. For example 64.233.172.17 (from Google) has a threat rating of 39 but still is able to download pages.
Is there a way to test the http:BL implementation by asking, for example, a project honey pot bot with a theat rating to visit a page, to see the http:BL implementation work?
