Still hoping to use httpBL on Windows....

Last I heard some folks (via the beta mailing list) were gonna look into trying to compile the Apache mod for Windows and publish it; I tried and failed to do it myself. I've got the .c file sitting on my desktop, lotta good it's doing me. Without an SO file for Apache 2.24 on Windows, I'm relegated to lurking. I'd prefer Swiss cheese with my whine, please.
