HTTPBLHoneypotURL

Can anyone tell me something more about the "HTTPBLHoneypotURL"-setting for the module? Currently I have it point to my honeypot-PHP-file in httpd.conf. One heavy com-spammed blogpost of mine points in the HTTPd-logging to the honeypot as follows:
"IP-address, etc, etc." "http://hostname/honepot.php?" "Useragent, etc."
but why the question mark after the honeypot-URL?
