CloudFlare Hosting RU Spammers

CF seems to host a lot of RU spammers trying to circumnavigate my security.

These CloudFlare IP Ranges were blocked - got tired of playing Wack-A-Spammer/Hacker
deny from 104.16 104.18 104.20 104.24 104.25 104.26 104.27 104.28 104.31
