Calling Mod_Rewrite from HTTPBLRBLReqHandler Directive

Reading through the documentation for HTTPBLRBLReqHandler I noticed it only allows the following actions: allow, deny, allow-xlate-meails. I am interested in being able to call other directives, in this particular case mod_rewrite in the action section. My use case is to take known harvesters and send them to my wpoison link. The thought is the ability to force feed harvesters a large number of bogus addresses further making their databases useless. Is there a way to do this in the documentation which I am missing or if not, could it please be added as a feature request?
