 EU Domains fault
Author: J.Ward2   (30 Apr 07 4:30am)
I've registered (donated) a whole bunch of domains.

Two of which are .EU domains.

All my domains except those two are shown as working.

For the .EU domains the error message is "It appears the domain you have donated has expired or is not registered. Please ensure you have properly registered your domain."

However the domains are registered, do work and have (for PHP purposes) near identical setups as my other donated MX records.

Personally I think they are using a broke DIG because I just ran some simple script tests on 3 boxes and they all report the correct info for A and MX records.

Another error I get is that the check claims my domain isn't even registered.

ATTENTION

* The domain (ix.borgnet.eu) you have attempted to donate does not appear to be registered (or at least we were unable to query its DNS Records -- if this is the case you may want to double check that its records are valid). You can only donate domains that have been registered and for which you are currently the rightful owner.
If you want to donate this domain, you can first register it through one of the following registrars

Request: borgnet.eu
whois server for *.eu is whois.eu ...
connected to whois.eu [195.234.53.193:43] ...
Domain: borgnet
Status: REGISTERED
Registered: Fri Sep 22 2006

I had the same problems with mx created on EU domains and the issue seems to be with eurID, that updates the domain info much slower than VeriSign.
The solution is to create the new mx entry and wait 24-48h, and only then submit it to PHP
