Help Needed: Warning: DOMDocument::load

Hi, Iv just install the plugin and when I activate it I get this message:

Warning: DOMDocument::load() [domdocument.load]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /homepages/20/d333669987/htdocs/plugins/system/honeypotject/honeypotject.php on line 100

Warning: DOMDocument::load(http://honeypotject.labeillesarthoise.fr/HoneyPotJect.xml) [domdocument.load]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /homepages/20/d333669987/htdocs/plugins/system/honeypotject/honeypotject.php on line 100

Im not much in the webpage building, Any ideas?

I have similar error:
Warning: DOMDocument::load(): Couldn't resolve host name in /home/mysite/public_html/plugins/system/honeypotject/honeypotject.php on line 100

Any Ideas?
