 Sub Domains

I've got several domains, most of them have sub-domains. I want to put a honeypot on each of them, but I'm unsure of how to best accompllish this. Would it be feasible to just include the link to the honeypot on each subdomain or should I go through the process of creating a new script for each sub domain? I'm running Apache 2.0.

You can include links from any site to a central honey pot. The only downside to this approach is that the stats for all the sites will be grouped together and you won't be able to tell what harvesters were captured from what sites. If that doesn't bother you -- and it doesn't bother most people -- then you can simply create a single honey pot on one of your sites and then add links to your other sites that point to it.

Otherwise, you're welcome to install different honey pots for the different subdomains and link to them individually. You can then view the stats for each individually, or all the honey pots under your account in aggregate.

Thanks, one per domain should be fine I suppose. I just finished a grep of my web root for any mailto tags so I can edit them and make them obscure to robots. Results were good, only one file with an address to change.

Thanks Matt
