dash board/install help

Ok I thought I read the instructions correctly and followed them but I cant seem to get it to work 100% or may be it is and it is just not what I excepted it to do. So I am looking for a little guidance.

I installed the MOD httpBL on my forums and it seems to be working and seeing all the bad hits to my forums. However it does not seem to be stopping some of the spammers that I get that register as a user. I check the ip checker on the Project Honey pot web site and it shows that the IP is suspected to be a spammer and but it does not stop it. At the same time it shows them in the MOD section it does not show up in my Project honey pot dashboard so i am not sure if it is working correctly. It really depends on the "threat score" ... if they are "suspected" of being a spammer but have a low threat score they'll be allowed through.

It kind of depends on what mod you are using too ... some mods will let you change what happens at different levels in which case you can just lower the number.
