OK...so...the dictionary spam page says "Spammers often try and guess email addresses by trying common usernames." So what are names like these doing on the list?

-thisisjusttestletter
-petgord34truew
-zakaz
-thisisjusttestmessageatall
-fuggedaboutit (several other "fugged" names)
-catchthismail
-nexcannedmeatwod
There are other weird ones but...what? How many nexcannedmeatwods can there be? Does it have something to do with the software used to send the messages?
I think "Nexcannedmeatwod" should be a mascot. Too bad my visual artistry skills are lacking...
