Attacks on my site - what are these?

I've been keeping track of weird things that show up in my log files. I'm not sure what they are, but they are clearly malicious.

Are these types of records of any interest to PH? Are they possibly spam bots looking to post comment spam?

Any suggestions, including whether it's worth even recording and displaying these records, would be welcomed.
