i have a 7 pc home , network , Dsl service is provided by verizon , the netwrok is up and runing 24/7,, i am getting emails with increased frquency , 2-3 a day , that have some form of spam or virus attached , at this point i have just started to collect them , and i looking for a pattern or reason they are hitting a home netwrok so hard , my question is .. would a honey pot , help in the ID'ing the source and help in diverting them away

Project Honey Pot would not necessarily directly help. If you're publishing a website, however, Project Honey Pot can help you protect that website from harvesting, and id the spammers stealing email addresses off your site.
