traffic to harvester ip address

Hi,

I found this website when I was investigating an ip address which is regularly contacted from my own network.
What I see is that many times per hour a connection is made to the harvesters ip address by the udp protocol on port 123.

What can this mean? Does it mean that one of my pc's is used by a spammer to send mail?
