subdomains and folder sites

I run several sites and am not TOTALLY clear on how this works.

My understanding:

I have my script installed at coven6.com
I also have a blog at .com/mt and a few subdomains.
I just link from the subs and blog to the script correct? Or do I have to install a script on each level?

I'm thinking this is a great idea.

You can install one central honey pot and link to it from any sites you'd like. The only advantage of installing multiple honey pots is if you want to track their statistics individually. Otherwise, it's usually easiest if you run multiple sites to just install one honey pot and link to it from as many pages as possible.
