I've recently set up a server via Tucows Domain Direct and created an MX entry. It was *fairly* straighforward, but at the end of the process Domain Direct popped up a message onscreen saying that by altering my MX record my Tucows-hosted email accounts will be deleted.
I don't *think* this is true, as I only added a subdomain, and left the main one intact. However, if they indeed kill my mail, I will have to withdraw the MX service.
Has anyone else had success with Tucows accounts? Come on guys, reassure me (or dash my hopes.)
