 Ownership list?

if I access my honeypot via VPN or TOR for testing, this message appear everytime:

"You are accessing this page from an IP address on its ownership list. As a result, the trap will be skipped."

What does that mean? Is this a message from "Projecthoneypot? Tested with "Tor Browser" and "Opera with VPN". I didn't put any IPs on a "list". With TOR, the IP addresses are constantly changing. No matter which IP via VPN or TOR is generated and the honeypot address is called: This message ALWAYS appears.

Is this an error or is Projecthoneypot blocked in any way?

Yes! Same here!
Also tested with some “Projecthoneypot” quicklinks! There must be blockages, especially on the TOR network. This behavior is particularly noticeable within the EU.
It seems that more and more "Exit Nodes" of the TOR network are intercepting and blocking Projecthoneypot's catcher sites. The operators of “Projecthoneypot” should react quickly. Otherwise this previously good "Projecthoneypot"-idea is dead.
