Hello!
Can't seem to get my script working. My domain is twelvety.com - no www in the address. I set the permissions of my "php" folder to 755, and the permissions to the script to 755 as well. I run WordPress on PHP in my root folder with no trouble, but I'm not a PHP guru, so I'm not sure what could be wrong.

I also tried downloading a couple of other scripts and changing my honey pot settings to use "www.twelvety.com" instead of "twelvety.com", but nothing seems to work.

Any help is appreciated. And kudos to you for such a great idea!

Thanks,
Phil

Hi Phil, sorry you had problems. We noticed your script and a couple of others behaving strangely. It could be the fact that you are running WordPress, anyhow we've changed the way we check for certain abuses. Your problem should be fixed.

Try recreating a new script (you may not have to but last I checked your pot was gone):

Let us know if everything works out -- or doesn't. Thanks for participating in the project!

EDIT: It seems your setup is a little more intricate. Its reporting 'php.cgi' as the honey pot page when your pot is accessed:

[hp.script_url] => /cgi-system/php.cgi
[hp.script_name] => php.cgi
[hp.request_uri] => /cgi-system/php.cgi

Other users typically only have 'php.cgi' set as the script_name. This could be a quirk with your version of WordPress? Could be it be some sort of protection to prevent WordPress plugins from being malicious? I know very little about how WordPress works.

Unfortunately I'm a bit stumped at the moment on how to get your pot working. If you have perl on that machine you could try installing a perl pot.
