 Does whitelisting affect CloudFlare Access Restricted pages?

My shared work IP has been whitelisted for over a month now, but I'm still challenged with the CAPTCHA page on sites running CloudFlare. Does whitelisting on Project Honeypot ever propagate to CloudFlare?
