What can I do about notifying foreign bodies of law enforcement when I learn that someone has logged in using my password from an IP address here?

Someone Logged Into my Gmail account in Thailand whereas I am way over here on the West coast of the USA

I came here after I found this place googling their IP address and left a comment on the IP address, but I don't think that will help catch the crook let alone the fact that more than fifteen hours have already passed.

They should have had plenty of time to download and steal all of my sensitive stuff, guess that's a good reason to believe in the advice I never took

Don't store your personal info at your email account!!

Gmail again, we have that email domain banned in our forums http://tgsquad.com

In the past 80% of our spammers use gmail accounts. One thought is send yourself an attached nuke program so the hacker might use it in the hope of doing them some pain, just a thought.
