Bad Host Appearances Question

My IP is saying:
Bad Host Appearances 128 appearance(s) in spam e-mail or spam post urls

How can I find out what domain, what email, what url, or anything about any of this?

Also, how can you whitelist an IP from a server that doesn't have a gui to load the page and read captcha?? There is nothing in the documentation about any of this.
