Address missing from httpBl but found by IP Lookup

Using the IP lookup page, the following address shows as suspicious:

http://www.projecthoneypot.com/ip_178.73.193.215

However, if I submit that address to http:BL it is not listed. Are the more strict requirements for appearing in the black list?

I have the same problem, there are many addresses which are not listen in the httpBL. For example all yahoo (ex 67.195.112.35) and baidu (ex 123.125.71.113) spider ip:s i get fails the lookup on httpBL but are listed online.

I hope this can be resolved soon since I can't rely on the httpBL as of now.
