Own Server IP listed as a Dictionary Attacker
Author: Rictus   (31 Aug 13 3:56pm)
I have HoneyPot installed, Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam. Working on installing the BL Mod to Apache. Microsoft has blocked my IP's and now I find it here listed as a Dictionary Attacker. How in the world do I fix this? Last night I tailed my mail server's log file and watched as a yahoo address tried to use my system to spam over 1500 addresses. Most in European or African yahoo zones.

I provide audio stream solutions and do not wan this kind of load on my system. Help if you can and it will be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't worry about the load on your system, I would worry about taking control of your mail server. You fix that and the system load will take care of its self.

Read your manual and tighten controls on who can uses your outgoing SMTP so every spammer that stops by can't flood the system. When you get that fixed then worry about getting your name off the black lists.
