 Submitting comments

I today I tried to submit a comment from one I caught today and it said the comment was added but it never showed up.

I was wondering if the method for submitted comments on spammers has changed?

I tried to add this comment:

itzUnsecured
jsmith20555@gmail.com
204.124.183.74

Are you an automated spam registration bot?

Answer the bot gave: Jay

Also on top of that, the plugin I have on my forums to quickly check if a new member is in the database here .. keeps showing up like this (this just started today):

_______________________________
The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Why would that be?

A.E4:
Thanks for your note. We had a couple of drives fail on a server that does logging. That resulted in some strange errors including the infinite redirect you described. We've fixed the error so you shouldn't be receiving those errors anymore.

Thanks for your help! Your comments are always great and add a ton of information about malicious IPs.

Matthew.

PS - A PHPot representative (Michelle Z.) recently wrote to you about getting input on a new initiative we're working on because you've been so great at leaving comments on IPs you see on your site. Wanted to confirm you received that.
