We share data with law enforcement entitles, both public and private, world wide. In 2007, we launched the largest anti-spam lawsuit in history, seeking over $1B in damages. Data gathered as part of the discovery process of that lawsuit is being used by both government and private law enforcement to chase cybercriminals worldwide.

Suit is ongoing. Wasn't filed as a class action because we could identify the plaintiffs. Classes are for cases where you can't identify plaintiffs easily. Not the case here.

One of the goals of the suit was to get the ability to file subpoenas and do discovery to learn more data we can't get otherwise. We've shared data with law enforcement and private plaintiffs. We expect that we will continue to over time.

We expect that a new complaint under the suit but looking at a wider group of spammers, including comment spammers, will likely be filed in the next few months. When we do, we'll post information about it online.
