Sorry if this seems like a real newbie question,
But i just got my first monitor report for last 7days. but there is no information in it.
the only data on it besides 0's or all none is IPs Monitored: 31
but when i log into my account at HP, those 0's and none actually show some data.
its just not in the e-mailed weekly report.
the ip i am monitoring is the main server ip address that shows in my Cpanel.
when i do an ip lookup it resolves to my hosting server as it should.
i am only using a range that my ip covers, for example....
if server ip is 100.25.129.20 i use a range like 100.25.129.15 - 100.25.129.22
do i have this set wrong ?
do i need to monitor the CIDR or AS Number: instead ?
