Standard comment spammer. Only differense from the usual is the user agent, which is Firefox, not IE. But it is stil very old:
Not accepting GZIP is another one, and lastly POSTed with out a GET, referrer not the same as the action field etc.
Just make sure, the header information is the same at GET time and POST time, and these stupid bots is worth nothing for comment spammers. They might still try to steal email addresses, I solve that by only showing my email address to IPs from my own country (since the page is loca).
