This IP has been sending fraudulent email instructions to certain financial institutions to conduct wire transfer transactions against account of persons whose emails he/she seem to have hacked.

This is associated with a check fraud scam artist who goes by Owen Rodney /Owen Simpson, of the UK. He posts jobs on craigslist, such as 'drivers'. His email claims that he works for Kuoni Travel in the UK. I gathered info at

His email is below. I didn't apply to get this response.
